Returns
Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging)
- Item had defects
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
I bought the Montessori Play Box for my daughter’s first birthday, and it’s been amazing! Every piece feels high-quality and safe — the wood is smooth, the colours are bright but calming, and she’s completely fascinated by the stacking cups and rolling ball tower.
This Montessori Play Box is a gem. You can tell it’s made with care — sturdy wood, lovely textures, and thoughtful activities that actually help with motor skills and focus. My little boy plays with it every day and still finds new ways to use it. I love that it’s screen-free and timeless. A must-have for curious toddlers!
